S+C Bowers & Jones Ltd. was formed as a general engineering company in 1954, the manufacture of High Precision Cold Forming Rolls commencing two years later. Throughout the life of the company, technical knowledge, attention to quality, coupled with continuous investment in new plant and equipment, has enabled S+C Bowers & Jones Ltd. to become one of the foremost designers and manufacturers of High Precision Rolls used in the Tube Industry world-wide. Bowers & Jones rolls are used for the manufacture of precision tubes and sections in a wide range of materials, including mild steel, copper, aluminium and stainless steel.
S+C Bowers & Jones Ltd. are also specialists in the manufacture of rolls for Stretch Reducing Mills, Cold Rolled Sections and Copper Rod Rolling.

in-house facilities for the design of tube and section rolls for most types of
mill. Profiles of customers' existing rolls and sections can be determined by
scanning on our Co-ordinate Measuring Machine.
S+C Bowers & Jones Ltd. design and manufacture complete sets of rolls to suit customers' specifications. The company also supply part sets of rolls to compliment existing rolls and reprofile or modify customers' rolls to meet new requirements. Full technical advice service for all aspects of cold forming production completes the world-wide service.
